Guess they actually close at 4:58pm on Sundays (Specifically on 12/17/23). Younger lady with black hair starred me in the eyes and locked the door early. She and I were both looking at our phones and she knows she locked it early. I understand you want to close at 5pm but I had a 2 second return to make. Would have still been out by 5pm.

I've never been to a hardware store like this. Absolutely gorgeous with an incredible selection of products. The service is top notch...super friendly and helpful. It's a great experience to walk around for the experience even if we have nothing to buy. It's a little pricey, but I believe you get what you pay for, and the convenience and overall pleasure of shopping here makes it worth it!

Love this place. The people who work there are awesome. So helpful. It's like going into my small town's neighborhood hardware store back in the day. They also have a great selection. I've bought tools & planters there.

The Stihl dealer Rich is terrible. We have let his workmanship slide to many times . He’s given us back broken equipment in the past and told us “that’s just how stihl is” when out equipment is gushing oil so we had to give it back multiple times and in the end take it somewhere else . He's told us a “walk out the door price” for a repair and charged us double in the past without notice . He’s had one of our pieces of equipment for a week without even looking at it . Every visit he is just standing around talking to other employees. The dude can’t be that busy . The least he could do is tell us he won’t have time to look at it . Instead he wastes our time and continues to say he will try to look at it.

Lots of folks offering to help me find the items I needed. Two dogs were in the store that were not service dogs. One was on an extremely long leash and the owner/ lady had difficulty controlling the dog. He was into everything. He was a pitbull mix breed. I got out of the checkout line to avoid the dog.
